Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR)
Raicam adopts all necessary measures to comply with the requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), with the aim of ensuring that all packaging used not only provides optimal protection for our products, but also minimizes the amount of packaging and waste generated, limits the use of virgin raw materials, and fosters a transition toward a sustainable, circular, and competitive economy.
As a manufacturer, Raicam is committed to assessing and placing on the market only packaging that complies with the requirements set forth in Articles 5 to 12 of the Regulation.
Article 15(6) of the PPWR requires manufacturers to make an address available through which competent authorities can contact the producer regarding compliance with this Regulation.
